The mission of Project Realize is to facilitate the growth and development of students, families, teachers and staff by providing in-school therapeutic, educational, and consultative services that raise awareness of self, hope, opportunity, and potential.

Formerly the Analytic Service to Adolescents Program (ASAP), Project realize began as a joint project of Morton Alternative School (MAS) in Cicero, Illinois and the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis. Now in its eighth year, through the support of foundation grants and individual donors, Project Realize has become its own 501(c)3 non-profit organization (August 2012). Moving forward, Project Realize will maintain the key components of ASAP and expand in several important ways.
